Simple and Easy Oat Loaf GF+Dairy Free

Another blender bread. I can’t help it. If I don’t have to use yeast and wait forever for something to rise- I’ll do it.

Again, all you do for this recipe is throw ALL ingredients into a blender, and then pour into a bread pan. It’s becoming my favorite way to meal prep. I make about one loaf a week for my breakfast and just have a slice in the morning along with my coffee. It’s easy, healthy, and cheap! One bag of Bob’s Red Mill Oat Flour is less than $3. Seriously. I usually get it from the store but you can easily find it here on Amazon as well. I freaking love Prime.

Anyway..you only need five ingredients for this recipe which is also a plus!

Lets get right to it-

Ingredients 

2 cups oat flour

2 cups egg whites

1/2 unsweetened applesauce

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp baking soda

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth. You can throw a few medjool dates/ more apple sauce in there if you’d like it sweeter.

2. Pour into the bread pan. I used a glass baking pan and did not have to oil the pan.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for around 45 minutes. The middle should be browned and raised with the indents formed on top.
